The window
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to start
Write to us through the contact page with your order number, and we will send you the return instructions. (You can also start from your account on this website.) Please wait for the instructions before posting anything back.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at your cost, unless we made a mistake — a wrong or faulty item is on us. We recommend a trackable service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, your refund goes back to your original payment method. We will email you when it is on its way.
